I’ve been happily married to my husband, Chuck, for more than thirty years. Together, we’ve built a wonderful family that includes one daughter, two sons, and the blessings of bonus children along the way. One of my greatest joys is being “Grandma” to an amazing grandson and granddaughter.
As a preacher’s kid (PK), church life has been part of my story from the very beginning. My father began preaching when I was just two years old, and many of my earliest memories were formed sitting on a church pew. My mother went home to be with the Lord in 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer and the effects of chemotherapy. I am blessed with three sisters, one brother, and a large extended family that continues to enrich my life.
Professionally, I have worked as a Certified Public Accountant for more than twenty years. Throughout my career, I’ve served in a variety of roles and continue to work full-time in the accounting field.
Writing has been a passion of mine for many years. I began blogging in 2012 as a way to share my faith, experiences, and lessons learned along the way. Today, I’m pursuing several creative projects and exploring new ideas as God opens doors. There is always something brewing in my mind, and I’m excited to see where these adventures lead.
